This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website https://aiultrasoundphotos.com (the “Site”), our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

  • Name, email address, and profile information collected via Google social login and Auth0.

Uploaded Content

  • Ultrasound images uploaded by users to generate AI-enhanced photos.

Generated Content

  • AI-generated baby images, including watermarked previews and purchased images.

Payment Information

  • Payments are processed through Stripe (web) and RevenueCat (iOS).
  • We do not store payment card details; they are handled directly by these processors.

Analytics & Tracking Data

  • Usage data through Google Analytics, Telemetry Deck (iOS only), and Facebook Pixel.

Communications Data

  • Email communications sent via Postmark.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
  • Generate and deliver AI-enhanced images.
  • Fulfill purchase requests (removal of watermarks, delivery of final images).
  • Perform quality control (administrators may occasionally review uploaded images).
  • Monitor and analyze usage and performance of the Services.
  • Support marketing and remarketing campaigns through analytics and tracking tools.
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries.

3. Image Storage and Retention

  • Temporary images generated in the AI pipeline are automatically deleted after 48 hours.
  • Final and purchased images are retained for up to 6 months, unless the user requests deletion sooner.
  • Users may request deletion of their data or images at any time through the application settings or by contacting support@aiultrasoundphotos.com.

4. Future Use of Uploaded Content

We do not currently use uploaded ultrasound images for AI training. If we decide to use uploaded images for training purposes in the future, we will first obtain explicit user consent.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information with trusted third parties as necessary to provide the Services:

  • Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS S3)
  • Payments: Stripe, RevenueCat
  • Email Delivery: Postmark
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Telemetry Deck (iOS), Facebook Pixel

These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel who require it for business operations.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

If you are located in the EU, UK, or another region with data protection laws, you acknowledge that we may transfer your personal data to countries that do not provide the same level of protection. We will take appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.

  • Uploaded and final images are retained for up to 6 months unless deletion is requested sooner.
  • Business records and transaction data may be retained for longer periods as required by law.
