We use service providers to store and process ultrasound images, deliver results, and operate the service. We do not sell your images. You can request deletion of your images and account data. Our Privacy Policy explains which providers are involved and how long we retain images.
If you are unhappy with a paid web purchase for any reason, email support@aiultrasoundphotos.com within 30 days of purchase using the email associated with your order. We will refund the full purchase price to the original payment method, even if you have downloaded the image. Purchases through the iOS app use the app marketplace refund process.
